This is a minimum base rate per service (example property: small business premises with one office space, one WC and kitchenette). The price increases as the property size, fixtures & fittings and task list increases. As all business and office premises are unique and individual, personalised job rates will be provided based on your specific cleaning needs. Please note that a quick informal property visit will be required to produce your personalised rate, or current photos/video walkthroughs should be sent via WhatsApp. Please see the FAQ's for more info on why a visit to the property (or photos/videos) is required first.
