This is a minimum base rate per changeover (example property: small studio flat). Price increases as property size, fixtures & fittings and task list increases. As all holiday lets are unique and individual, we provide personalised job rates based on your specific changeover needs. Please note that a quick informal property visit will be required to produce your personalised rate. We are happy to meet someone at the property, or collect & return a key to conduct a visit unaccompanied. (We have key-holding cover in our liability insurance). Unfortunately, an accurate quote cannot be provided until a property visit has been carried out first. Please see our FAQ's for more info on why we need to visit the property.
