This is a minimum base rate per service (example property: small 4-room property). The price increases as the property size, fixtures & fittings and task list increases. As all HMO's are unique and individual, we provide personalised job rates based on your specific cleaning needs. Please note that a quick informal property visit will be required to produce your personalised rate, or current photos/video walkthroughs should be sent via WhatsApp. Please see the FAQ's for more info on why a visit to the property (or photos/videos) is required first.
