This is a starting base rate (example project: small bedsit that has been left in an average condition). Price increases as property size, fixtures & fittings and level of work increases. As all properties are unique we provide personalised job quotations based on your specific cleaning needs. To arrange an End of Tenancy cleaning quote, please get in touch. Please note that a quick informal property visit will be required to produce your quote. We are happy to meet someone at the property, or collect & return a key to conduct a visit unaccompanied. (We have key-holding cover in our liability insurance). Unfortunately, an accurate quote cannot be provided until a property visit has been carried out first.
