This is a starting base rate (example project: small renovated shower room that has been left in an average condition). Price increases as area size, fixtures & fittings and level of work increases. As all properties are unique and individual, personalised job quotations are provided based on your specific cleaning needs. A short informal property visit will be required. I'm happy to meet someone at the property, or collect & return a key to conduct a visit unaccompanied (Key-holding cover is included in my company liability insurance). Unfortunately, an accurate quote cannot be provided until a property visit has been carried out first. See our FAQ's for more info on why a visit to the property is required to provide a quote.
